How to Reach Us

Our hours of operation are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday.

Our office, which is located on Copeland Street in the Shadyside shopping area, is next door to Starbucks just off Walnut Street. Our sign is displayed over the stairs that descend to our office.

Parking

Visitors driving to our office may park their vehicles in the Shadyside Garage at the intersection of Bellefonte and Walnut streets, in a metered parking lot opposite the garage, in any of the metered spots along Walnut Street, or in an authorized parking spot as available along some of the neighborhood side streets.

Bus Routes

Visitors who use mass transit will be pleased to know that there are a number of buses that operate within walking distance to our office. Please keep in mind, though, that bus routes and schedules are subject to change from time to time.
