Patient Comfort and Satisfaction

Patient comfort and satisfaction are among our highest priorities.

To help alleviate discomfort, Dr. Schmeler encourages her patients to bring their portable music devices with personal earphones so they have something to listen to during procedures. She and her staff will pause intermittently during a procedure to ask about the patient’s comfort level.

Patients can also request mild sedations to help take the edge off.

All procedures are performed in private rooms. Wait times are intentionally kept short and each aspect of a procedure is considered with the individual patient in mind and always at the center of all decisions and activities.

Our goal is to have our patients leave happy and confident.

Products and Technology

We value our usefulness to our patients as a reliable source for dentistry and dentistry-related information. With so many products competing for attention in the media, our patients can ask us to clarify their differences and provide a recommendation suited to them.

Technology has contributed to many valuable changes in dentistry, but not all technology is appropriate for use in dental work. We feel strongly that for a product and/or technique to be suitable for use on a patient, it must first have demonstrated reliability across the field and earned acceptance by the American Dental Association (ADA).

Dr. Schmeler watches for new approaches and technology to incorporate into her practice. Her cautious screening process ensures that her patients are spared needless spending and disappointment.
